While washing up, apply a generous amount of yoni wash or yoni bar to hands/loofah other wise cleanse with the yoni scrub to exfoliate vaginal area and body (EXTERNAL USE ONLY).

After shower apply 2-3 drops of yoni oil on finger and rub on vaginal area specifically the vulva, clitoral hood, and inner thighs (EXTERNAL USE ONLY).
